Tauranga City Council invites registrations for the provision of services from companies, that renew and refurbish building assets for our portfolio of Council properties located across the City. We want to partner with specialist Facilities Maintenance (FM) service providers that deliver both FM renewal / refurbishment and facilities trade services using an efficient methodology that is consistent with good industry practice.
We are wanting to establish a panel of contractors to provide these services to Council. The panel will be made up of two Categories Group A – Turnkey & Category B “Pilot” – Microenterprises.
