This Request for Quotes Lite (RFQ - L) is an invitation to submit a Quote for the delivery of for
the following alterations to be made to the the Lumsden information centre:
1.1.1 Repairs
• There is decay to areas of weatherboard, barge boards and timber cladding, any and all
weatherboard, barge boards and timber cladding that has decayed is to be removed and
replaced
• Separation to soaker junctions and weather joints are to be repaired.
• Decaying fascia boards are to be removed and replaced
1.1.3 Floor repairs:
• Flooring is to be packed to reduce sagging as per the attached instructions from Archdraught.
• Underfloor wiring is to be attached tidily to the building to risk of damage.
