Oranga Tamariki seeks a supplier to repurpose, renovate and extend an existing garage to create a commercial kitchen at the Korowai Manaaki Youth Justice residence in Auckland. An existing garage is to be repurposed as a commercial kitchen. Currently meals are prepared, packaged and delivered from outside the site and can result in meals arriving late and cold. We anticipate the new kitchen being up and running by 30 June 2027.

We engaged an architect to provide architectural drawings, building consent and consultants drawings. Southern Hospitality will be supplying the equipment and will work with the successful Respondent, if any, to ensure the design and build are set up for the successful installation of the equipment in the agreed positions within the kitchen.
