This is a Physical Works contract for repairs to Hawkswood Culvert located below State Highway 1
(SH1S) at RP 195/12.3.

The Contract Works comprise of:
- Construct farm fencing;
- Design and supply of pipe lining;
- Temporary Traffic Management;
- Rail Management;
- Site establishment and clearance activities as required for access to work areas;
- Provision of access to complete the specified works;
- Stream diversion works;
- Temporary works;
- Breakout of existing concrete invert at specified locations;
- Installation of pipe lining;
- Infilling annulus between pipe lining and existing culvert with concrete;
- Concrete tie in works to the existing culvert at both ends;
- Environmental compliance including preparation and implementation of environmental
Management Plans;
- Site reinstatement.

Only tenderers pre-qualified to Construction – Level A or B (4A or 4B) under the terms of the
Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.

All communications are to be submitted via the GETS Q&A Portal.

All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be
available in the GETS addenda.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files.

The GETS file upload limit is 50 MB.

THE FILES SHOULD BE LABELLED AS:

- File No 1 – 13397 – Proposal excluding Price
- File No 2 – 13397 – Price (pdf format PLUS excel spreadsheet Schedule of Prices)
