Nelson Marina Management Ltd (NMML) invites Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified developers, investors, builders, marine industry operators, commercial tenants, and consortiums interested in the development of a Marine Services Building and associated commercial opportunities within Nelson Marina.
The proposed development is a key initiative within the Nelson Marina Master Plan and is intended to strengthen the region's marine industry capability, support economic growth, enhance customer experience, and create long-term value for Nelson Marina and the wider Nelson community.
NMML is seeking market feedback on a range of potential ownership, investment and delivery models. At this stage, no preferred option has been identified.
The purpose of this ROI is to understand market appetite, capability, development opportunities and commercial structures before determining future procurement and development pathways.
This is a Registration of Interest and market engagement process. It is not a Request for Tender or Request for Proposal and does not create any contractual or other obligation.
Site information, including the Nelson Marina Master Plan link and a site-specific planning envelope summary drawn from a Landmark Lile assessment, is included in Appendix A of the ROI document.
