Overview
Masterton District Council is implementing a District Metered Area (DMA) programme to improve water network monitoring, support Minimum Night Flow analysis, and improve leakage detection and pressure management. Phase 2 testing confirmed the feasibility of establishing discrete DMAs and identified key inlet locations for permanent flow monitoring. The physical works under this RFT should follow the site investigations and design completed by CF Projects and additional documents in the link below.
