The University requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced exterior building cleaning contractor to provide exterior building cleaning services for University facilities.
The contractor will be responsible for the safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors, including façades, windows, cladding, roofs, gutters, downpipes, canopies, entrances, and other services as required.
Services will need to be delivered in a manner that maintains the appearance, condition, and longevity of University assets while minimising disruption to staff, students, and visitors.
