Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking information on a cloud based tool that will allow IR to upload and analyse financial records including General Ledgers.
We want to understand the market and in particular explore the following areas:
· Ability to upload financial records in a variety of formats and make sense of it.
· Able to analyse financial records against New Zealand and international tax standards
· The approach taken to examining the financial records of a range of organisations including corporates and those with complex structures.
· Automated common and innovative external audit functions to identify unexpected data or items for further investigation.
Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its response is received by us via the Cotiss tool (see “Cotiss” section below) on or before the Deadline for responses. We will acknowledge receipt of each response.
You must submit your Response to us in electronic format (Microsoft Word/Excel and separate PDF versions) via Cotiss. The link is provided below.

Access to this RFI will be provided exclusively via Cotiss, as will all questions, answers, updates and addendums that pertain to this procurement process. IR’s use of Cotiss also means Respondents must submit their Responses through Cotiss.
