Hutt City Council (HCC), acting as lead council (territorial authority) on behalf of participating councils across the Wellington Region, intends to procure specialist professional services for Stage 2 of the Future Waste Pathways project. The assignment will assess future waste pathways for the region over the next 30 years, including local and international options to prevent or divert more waste and options to manage the residual waste that remains once existing landfill capacity is exhausted.
