Overview
Palmerston North City Council is seeking proposals for the renewals of the Guildford St public toilets, located in Ashhurst. This procurement is for building construction services only to deliver the physical works. Architectural design has been undertaken and building consent has been issued to commence with the proposed work.
The scope involves redeveloping the existing public toilets where the completed facility will provide four unisex, disability-friendly public toilets within the existing exterior structure of the building.
