Wairaka Land Company (a Unitec Company) (WLC) issues this Registration of Interest (ROI) with the intention of procuring a panel of suppliers across a variety of disciplines for the ongoing land and core facilities development of Unitec Mt Albert Campus and the wider Wairaka Precinct.

It is WLCs intention that this ROI will be followed by a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) and engage a panel of suppliers - rather than one supplier. The successful respondents will be engaged for a number of years, as decided by WLC and dependent on the nature of the services. The award of each Statement of Works package will be made following a secondary (priced) procurement.

WLC is seeking responses to this ROI for the purpose of identifying suppliers capable of delivering ongoing services within the disciplines outlined in the attached ROI document.

WLC intends to issue detailed RFP's to Respondents, as determined by this ROI.

All Respondents who submit a ROI response will be notified by email of the outcome of this ROI process.

The ROI will close at 4pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2016, all responses should be submitted via email and include the signed ROI agreement as attached, WLC reserves the right not to engage with any respondent who fails to comply with these instructions.
