Overview
The purpose of this ROI is to obtain proposals for Architectural Design services to the Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec) for their City Campus Building Development Programme.
The ROI is to shortlist a preferred panel of consultant architects who will be invited to participate in a design competition that will take place under a Request For Proposal to be issued at the end of the ROI process.
