This document calls for expressions of interest from suitably-experienced and resourced Contractors for the construction of the Whakatane District Council’s proposed Museum Redevelopment.The project involves the redevelopment of the existing Museum building at the corner of Boon and Pyne Streets, Whakatane.The project budget will be in the range of $3-5 million, excluding GST. It is expected that construction will commence in May and complete by the end of the year.
