These two toilet blocks are old and require substantial refurbishment. They are located at the Town Basin and are in two separate blocks at each end of the complex. Once refurbishment is started Council seek to minimise disruption to the public so the project will need to be well run to minimise that impact. Council is very aware of its impact on the public so will be need the successful respondent to assist and manage that impact while building work is underway
