The Northland Events Centre Trust (‘the Trust”) in conjunction with Venues and Events Whangarei are seeking to:
1. Replace or refurbish & reuse the lighting towers - with possible repositioning of two towers to the northern embankment.
2. Replace the Field Lighting Units.
3. Install new scoreboard to the Western embankment.

Griffiths and Associates have been engaged to assist with this process.

The process will be a two staged process:
 Stage 1: This Open Registration of Interest (ROI).
 Stage 2: Closed Request for Proposal (RFP).

This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow the trust to create a shortlist of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process.

The RFP will be of a Design and Build nature. The Trust wishes the successful supplier to present a design and methodology that provides a robust solution to its lighting issues that is delivered within its budget.
