Overview
Waitemata DHB is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced main contractors with the capacity and capability to deliver an early works package on the Mason Clinic Campus, Carrington Road, Auckland.
The Early Works Package generally comprises:
1) The demolition of three existing buildings
2) Formation of an on-grade car park
3) Relocation of a separate building to the new car park site
Further detail of this early works package is outlined in the ROI document attached which also includes a site plan referencing by number the relevant buildings under this contract works.
