This RFI is being issued in order for WCC to get a better understanding of the number and type of suppliers and the range of solutions, technology and products or services available in order to develop a set of achievable requirements, which are available in today’s market,
The information sought will contribute in the development by WCC for interim approval to proceed into a formal procurement process.
We are looking for information regarding solutions that you have available, that could help us achieve our goal of providing our customers the ability to;
• Book the myriad of courses, programmes and facilities the Council provides,
• Manage and maintain various memberships to Council programmes,
• Organize payment in a way that feeds into our current enterprise system; and
• Provide insightful reporting on the above that enables us to make smarter strategic decisions for the future.
WCC is seeking general information from suppliers on the provision of a currently deployed solution that is easy, efficient and effective for our customers and the council to use.
The Council is looking for a solution to be delivered as software as a service but are open to other delivery models .

The Council would like to thank all respondents for their interest in our request for information for a new booking and membership system.

The information provided has enabled the Council to complete the development of its requirements for the new system, obtain stakeholder approval and to complete the future procurement planning process.

The Council anticipates releasing an open and competitive RFP in May 2018 via GETS to call for commercial proposals from all interested parties with the capability and capacity to deliver a new booking and membership system.

The Council further anticipates that the outcome of the tender process will be the identification of the preferred party and exchange of contracts with that successful party by October 2018.
