Waikato Regional Council (WRC) is requesting Registrations of Interest from Respondents to achieve the following:

1. Replace its current dispersed Hamilton office accommodation with integrated, fit for purpose office premises within the Hamilton City boundary.
2. Potentially dispose of the WRC owned properties at 401 Grey Street and 319 Grey Street.

This long term accommodation solution may be provided to WRC under a long term lease, or for purchase by WRC and held as a Council owned asset.
