The purpose of this collaborative Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a provider of driver training services to participating Councils and to:
• seek on-going improvements in the training of staff when driving Council vehicles
• support consistency of methodology across participating Councils, where appropriate
• gain some economies of scale in pricing
