Waikato DHB is looking to appoint a Ministry of Health (MoH) designated auditing agency to deliver our full certification and surveillance audit in time for submission to the MoH.

This is to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance under the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 and against the Health and Disability Services Standards (NZS8134:2008).

Our current certification is valid to June 2019 and the certification audit requested in this RFQ must occur in time for Waikato DHB to be re-certified before the expiry of the current certification.
