Waikato DHB currently utilise a mixture of two solutions for the provision of Paging Services. These include the use of a localised paging solution providing coverage across the Hamilton and Thames extended area (30km) as well as the national paging service operated by Spark. As a result of Spark signalling an intention to decommission its paging by 31 March 2017.

Waikato DHB are seeking information from suppliers with regard to alternative digital solutions.
