The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information and explore available options with the solutions in the market related to the Research Outputs Repository platforms, tools and processes with a view to subsequently preparing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Tender (RFT) to be issued to the market. Potential respondents capable of providing the services are invited to respond to this RFI.

The University of Otago is looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience, and infrastructure to support build a strong Research Outputs Repository system. They need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of the similar solution and processes in higher education institutions.
