The University of Otago is selecting suppliers for the cleaning the interior of the Wellington and Christchurch Campus buildings. The cleaning contract for each campus will be assessed and awarded separately, meaning that each campus may have a different, or indeed the same supplier.
The selected supplier or suppliers will be responsible for cleaning the interior of the Wellington and Christchurch campus buildings, ready for next day’s business, daily cleaning Monday to Friday inclusive. Suppliers will be expected to supply their own plant and cleaning materials.
The Wellington campus comprises one large building attached to the hospital and one outer building.
The Christchurch campus comprises the main building attached to the hospital and 6 outer buildings.
The buildings together offer different uses such as teaching and research laboratories, libraries, lecture theatres, 24 hour cal labs, offices, tearooms and restroom facilities.
Suppliers who do not have a presence in one of the sites can still submit a ROI as the contract for cleaning will be awarded to each individual campus.
