The University of Otago (“University”) invites suitable and experienced parties to respond to this Registration of Interest (ROI) for the supply of self-sufficient trade services to the University’s Property Services Division (PSD). This is to enable the university to access additional support for high demand periods within their operational and maintenance service areas at the Dunedin campus. The expectation is that any successful party will be suitably resourced with a vehicle, appropriate plant and associated gear, and sufficient trade experience, so they can complete discrete tasks unsupervised.
The purpose of this ROI is to provide the University with the appropriate information to be able to identify, shortlist those businesses which are interested in and, in the University’s view, capable of delivering maintenance trade services in a timely, efficient, cost effective and safe manner.
