Overview

The University of Canterbury (University) will be seeking to procure an implementation partner for its replacement academic administration solution and is currently in the process of defining its Future Process Model (FPM). When complete, the FPM will describe the way the University will operate and will enable the development of a programme of work which is likely to include:
1. The development of a business case for the implementation stage;
2. implementation of the Tribal SITS® Student Management software; and
3. associated change management activities.

The Tribal product is part-implemented at the University and commitment to the product remains. The University is seeking assistance in taking this programme to a successful conclusion.

In order to better understand market capacity and capability for the services, as well as provide an early briefing on our objectives and intended process, potential respondents are invited to a pre-tender market engagement session. Details are:
