1) UoA Newmarket Hard Facilities Maintenance Agreement

2) UoA City Campus Mechanical, Plumbing and Boilers Agreement
85 Buildings
Approx. 288,000 Sq/m Gross Floor Area

3) UoA Residential Accommodation Buildings Hard Facilities Maintenance Agreement
28 Buildings
Approx. 68,000 Sq/m Gross Floor Area
Services Detailed in Schedule B

Submissions may be made in regards to one or more of the three contracts.
The University will use this ROI process to shortlist three or four vendors to be invited to tender for each of the three above agreements.
