This Request for Information (RFI) is for a trusted grocery/supermarket/convenience store. The Store is required to sell products and produce that are in line with a well-established and successful operation and the Store must demonstrate that they have a proven ethical supply chain. The operator of the Store will need to demonstrate a willingness and desire to design, build and execute a sophisticated retail outlet to meet the University's high level business requirements.
This procurement activity aims to identify a suitable Operator who can demonstrate that they have the full capability, capacity, and a sound track record of supplying high value, low cost grocery and convenience items that will meet the demands of the University's student population. The successful Operator must demonstrate that they understand the unique needs of the student market and are committed to working in partnership with the University to ensure these needs are met.
This RFI will help the University to assess the suitability of prospective suppliers to participate in the next stages of the evaluation process.
