Ka taea he ahunga pēnei mā te āta whakaaro ki ngā pātai e whai ake nei, engari, ehara i te mea me noho whāiti ki ēnei anake;
• He aha hoki te ōhanga reo Māori, tikanga Māori hoki?
• He aha ōna āhuatanga mātuatua?
• He aha ōna rawa, ōna ratonga hoki?
• He aha ngā āhuatanga mātuatua e pā ana ki te whakaratonga me te whao ō ēnei rawa, ratonga hoki?

He Puna Whakarauora (HPW), a business unit of Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori is seeking the services of a research organisation, consortium or joint venture that has the knowledge, experience, competence and capability to measure the value of the contribution that Māori language and culture make to the New Zealand economy.
This can be approached by considering, but not being limited to, the following questions;
• What is the Māori language and culture economy?
• What are its characteristics?
• What are its’ goods and services?
• What are the characteristics of the supply and demand for those goods and services?
• Is demand being met?
• Are there further opportunities to create demand?
