The Treasury is issuing this ROI to identify vendors who believe they have the relevant capabilities and capacity to migrate, and support six public facing websites currently running on Drupal 7.
The primary goal is to transition these sites off Drupal 7 ahead of Drupal 7 reaching its end-of-life in November 2021. This may involve an upgrade to Drupal 8 or a migration to alternative CMS platform(s).
The Treasury will use the information resulting from this ROI to assist in deciding whether to undertake a fuller procurement process with a smaller selection of suitably qualified suppliers, who can both propose a suitable solution and implement/migrate it to meet the necessary timeframes.
The Treasury acknowledges the “time of year” and has expanded the notice period and response time to accommodate this.
