We are seeking a hard fit out main contractor for refurbishment works to Level 7, 8, 19, 11 and 12. During this ROI process we aim to select three suppliers (a shortlist) that we believe have the capability and capacity to deliver the services. Following this ROI process, we intend to issue one or more requests for proposal to the suppliers selected from the ROI, but are not under any obligation to do so.
The project consists of fit-out refurbishment works to Level 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 at 1 The Terrace, Wellington, in the period August – October 2016. Registrations of Interest from suitability qualified and experienced main contractors are sought.
