The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit a Proposal to undertake the role of Principal Design Consultant and lead the development of a Precinct Masterplan for Tāmaki.
The ideal candidate will have experience masterplanning and delivering in complex, brownfields regeneration projects, with a strong team combining expertise in urban design, landscape and architecture. We recognise the limited number of similar projects in New Zealand, and welcome partnerships from local and international consultants. Commitment to working collaboratively with TRC will be critical to the success of the project.
