This procurement is part of the Yarrow Stadium redevelopment works.
We are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the demolition of the east stand of Yarrow Stadium.
ROI responses will be evaluated against the scoring criteria provided, once the evaluation is complete a
shortlist of suppliers will be selected to receive the Request for Tender (RFT). The shortlist will be made
up of no more than 4 suppliers.
This is a large-scale demolition project with some complexity. The Trust is seeking a demolition
contractor with relevant experience and an ability to deliver the works in a timely manner.
We anticipate an element of cut & crane and high reach demolition works, therefore experience in these
types of demolition is required.
