Taranaki District Health Board is requesting Registrations of Interest (ROI) for a Primary and Urgent Care Health Service based in South Taranaki. The objectives of this service are to:
 - promote and increase sustainable access to Primary and Urgent Care
 - support continuity of care for the population
- support the management of acute demand

The intended service consists of the following components operating as a single integrated service:
- an urgent care service based in Hawera such as an Urgent Care Clinic
 - an enrolled GP Service
- innovative models of Primary Care delivery to support the rural areas and townships of South Taranaki e.g. virtual and hub and spoke model
 service initiated by Winter 2018
