The Principal Tasman District Council, is inviting you to quote for Contract 1221 Dovedale New Water Source and WTP.

The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document and key items of work are:

- Constructing a new "lower" intake, located approximately 10m upstream of the existing intake

- A new pipeline connecting the intake with the treatment plant

- A new treatment plant consisting of: Sedimentation tanks, Pressure pumps to pump water through the screen filter, An irrigation type screen filter

- Treated water storage

- Reticulation pressure pumps

- Backwash management system; sedimentation tanks with supernatant blended into process, subnatant decanted to drying beds or offsite disposal

- Decommissioning / disposal of abandoned and surplus assets

- Design, project, contract and site management for the above works
