Tasman District Council is undertaking an accommodation review due to challenges with capacity, layout and condition of its’ main office buildings at its 189 Queen Street, Richmond.

Prior to embarking on a refurbishment or rebuilding programme, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from parties that may be able to offer alternative solutions to meet Council’s current and future accommodation needs.
