The objectives of the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Programme are
(a) The production of high caliber monitoring and evaluation framework to monitor and evaluate progress towards the Whakamana te Waituna programme (across biophysical, cultural and social elements)
(b) apply this framework to create a monitoring programme to monitor the Whakamana Te Waituna Programme for 5 years (based on the Freshwater Improvement Fund application)
(c) assess Partners’ existing monitoring programmes against the proposed monitoring programme, looking for opportunities and gaps
