Stats NZ is issuing this RFI to test the market for potential suppliers able to provide an Information Technology Service Management Solution, including implementation services. Responses to this RFI will be used to inform Stats procurement planning and approach for the procurement of the solution.

The Service Management Tool will enable a strategic approach for design, delivery, management and improvement of the way ICT services are consumed within Stats NZ. The goal of Stats NZ’s ITSM framework is to ensure that the right processes, people and technology are in place that enables Stats NZ to meet its operational outcomes.
