The Southern District Health Board (SDHB) is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified individual or team to design, deliver and monitor a programme of leadership training to Tier 2, 3, & 4 leaders, in order to build capacity and capability in the organisation that will ultimately benefit both patients and staff. The programme is ideally to be delivered through both one on one and group training sessions, and we anticipate that it will continue for a number of years. For details on the requirements are set out in this RFP.
