Queenstown Lakes District Council are seeking the services of an experienced supplier to develop a Masterplan for 101 Ballantyne Road, Wanaka. The Site is intended for sports, recreation, and open space activities. The scope includes all required consultation with relevant stakeholders.
The Masterplan will inform the development of the Site for sport, recreation, open space, and community activities and facilities. The Site has been re-zoned for open space and recreation use. The total area consists of 20 hectares / 50 acres of land.
