Overview
Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) wishes to engage a Consultant for Professional Engineering Services for Lakeview Subdivision Infrastructure (the Project). The Consultant will be required to develop and complete the infrastructure design and obtain all necessary Planning and/or Building Consents and Engineering Plan Approvals for construction of the Project. The infrastructure design includes, but is not limited to, roading and intersections with the existing road network, three waters (waste water, stormwater, water supply) and utilities (gas, electricity, telecommunications).
