Porirua City Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to construct the next landfill cell (Phase 2.1) at Spicer landfill in Porirua over the summer of 2019/2020. We are looking for a contractor with relevant experience
in earthworks and construction of landfill lining systems and the necessary resources to carry out the work.
