Porirua City Council will be undertaking a partial refurbishment of their main office building, which includes upgrading the mechanical system, office layout, furnishings and fittings that are tired and outdated and bringing them up to an acceptable modern standard. The design intent is to create a comfortable modern staff environment which encourages a collaborative work approach
This ROI is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration outlining their capability, capacity and interest in delivering the Contract Works and are interested in building a good relationship with The Council.
There will be a second stage for the successful respondents.
