The Office of the Auditor General and Audit New Zealand hereby provide a Notice of Intent (“Notice”) that we intend to initiate a market engagement (“Tender”) process for the provision of a client portal, which will assist with gathering information from public entities (clients). It will allow:

- Auditors to create a workspace for each client.
- Within each workspace, auditors to create multiple file requests.
- Each file request to have a client contact assigned and a due date.
- The client portal to automatically notify the client of new file requests.
- Clients/Auditor notification process.
- File transfer and reporting capability.
- Auditors to view or download the file, or return it to the client if it is incorrect.
- Workflow capability (reminders etc.).

We anticipate the publishing of a Request for Proposal in or around mid-August 2020.

Please note no information from potential respondents (“Tenderers”) is requested nor required from this Notice.

No information will be collected from this Notice.
