This is a Professional Services contract is for the Pre-implementation and Implementation phases of the Homer Tunnel Avalanche Shelter – Pre-Implementation and Implementation.

The Professional Services involved include :

• Structural design of an Avalanche Shelter at the Eastern Portal and related statutory applications
• Resource, ecological, and related statutory applications
• Public engagement
