This is a Professional Services contract for the Pre-Implementation and Implementation phases of the SH3 Manawatu Gorge closure Ashhurst Traffic Mitigation project.

The Professional Services involved include of:

- Civil design

- Urban traffic design

- Drainage design

- Public engagement

- Project Management

- Management Surveillance and Quality Assurance
