The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited (“PFR”) is currently reviewing its existing automated procure to pay (P2P) system due to changes in both the business needs of our company and the growth of the New Zealand ecommerce market. As part of this review PFR is currently completing a detailed market analysis to identify the range of the current solutions available. PFR would like to invite all relevant and reliable suppliers to register their interest with a view that they may be shortlisted to take part in a subsequent procurement process.
PFR are looking to replace their current electronic solution which includes back to back supplier integration Catalogues with all key scientific and preferred suppliers (Punch-out), Requisitions, Automated approval workflow, Automated orders, Automated invoicing & Reporting.
We may also look at additional modules such as, Contract management, Online RFX, Supplier Management and Expense Management if these are available in an overall suite of products.
