Overview

Fire and Emergency New Zealand is currently reviewing its automated scanning, data scrapping and routing of invoices through its accounts payable process and requires a partner that will proactively assist in the establishment of more effective adaptable systems and processes scanning and scrapping data backed by proven examples that are currently used in production by other organisations.
This procurement relates to the delivery of scanning incoming documents, “scrapping” pertinent data from the document and delivering the scanned document and related scrapped data in a prescribed format, via a secure interface. Currently this has been provided by an electronic interface. Going forward Fire and Emergency New Zealand wish to adopt current best of practise, to be provided at a value for money service
The key outcomes that Fire and Emergency New Zealand want to achieve are a very high level of data accuracy of data scrapped and a very high level in the quality of the presented scanned image.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand will be looking for partners with proven track record of implementation in the Oceania (NZ/Aus/Pacific) area, of systems and processes that can change and grow as this organisation does and does so in a long term value for money approach.
