Registrations of Interest are sought from contractors to replace Hangar 1 Tailslot door at the Auckland RNZAF Base, Whenuapai.

The scope of the project includes the design, fabrication and installation of a new Tailslot door and associated features. This will require staging to disconnect, remove and replace the Tailslot door, re-connecting of services, adjustment, set to work and certify full operation under both primary and manual modes of motive operation. To include disposal of old Tailslot door and clear site on completion to prevent Foreign Object Damage (FOD) to Aircraft.

Contractors who wish to submit registering their interest, are required to provide non-prices attributes on, Previous Experience, Track Record, relevant Key Personnel, relevant Resources Available, Management Skills, and Health and Safety Record as detailed in the ROI documentation attached to this notice. For those interested, a site visit can be made with prior arrangement with NZDF to meet at the main security gate of RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai.

Request for Tender (RFT) will be sent to all shortlisted successful Contractors in January 2017 for submission of methodology and schedule of prices. The proposed physical works are scheduled to be complete by the end of June 2017.

The electronic copy of the completed ROI should be submitted to the Address above, marked: "Registration of Interest for the replacement of Hangar 1 Tailslot door, Whenuapai - Contract No. CON_12623" in the subject area or in a sealed envelope for the tender box delivery option.

ROI shall close at 17.00 hours on the 16th December 2016 at Opus International Consultants Limited, Auckland.
