The Royal New Zealand Airforce (RNZAF) requires the replacement of two items of Avionic Test Equipment, these being:

a. Quantity one Semi-Anechoic Chamber with through life support.

b. Quantity one Electro-Magnetic Interference Test Receiver with through life support.

To meet the requirement for the two types of equipment this RFT is structured as an open competitive two lot RFT.
