The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain professional services to undertake strategic urban planning for the New Zealand Defence Force, using the provided guidelines and planning considerations to deliver a national set of Infrastructure Master Plans, advancing upon the completed documents formerly known as Estate Strategic Frameworks (ESFs).
